This year we are doing something a bit more spooky! Join our ghost [virtual] Team, in dressing up in your Halloween Costume to run, walk or slither for the 5k to support the Medically Fragile Children with Tender Hearts. The best part is participation is easy! It’s super easy to participate once you’re signed up. All you have to do is download any running or walking tracking app (ex: Nike Run Club or Map My Run) , then run, walk or slither for 5k while tracking your distance in one single session. Registrations are open to participate from Wednesday Oct, 28th through Saturday Oct, 31st. Just remember, you have to complete your 5k in one single session of walking, running or slithering. Once you’re finished, email us a screenshot of your performance and boo! You’re done! Registration gets you a one of a kind Tender Hearts Halloween Costume Challenge Medal and a Tender Hearts T-shirt mailed to you.
