The idea of supporting medically fragile children has been a dream of Debbie Doherty’s since she was a child herself. This led to our mission of supporting medically-fragile children in order to create a better quality of life. With the help of her family, that dream is becoming a reality.
Our vision is to support children, local hospitals, organizations, and programs who support medically fragile children statewide.

Dear TenderHearts,
I wanted to share something very special with you—from a grateful mama’s heart.
Willow’s Firefly arrived today, and I honestly could not get it put together fast enough. I was practically shaking with excitement. She was so eager that we headed straight to Walmart to try it out for the very first time.
For the first time ever, my sweet girl was able to ride in a shopping cart like any other baby. She was absolutely beaming from ear to ear—babbling to me, smiling at people as we passed by, and even reaching for items on the shelves. Watching her sit up safely, interact with the world, and simply belong in that space was one of the most beautiful moments of my life. I struggled to find the words to describe how my heart felt in that moment… it was pure joy.
The Firefly seat fit her perfectly and had plenty of straps, so we felt completely secure the whole time. Even more than that, it gave Willow the posture and support she needs while out in the community, which means so much for her comfort, her confidence, and her ability to experience life right alongside everyone else.

Tender Hearts has been a tremendous help to my family and Kourtney.
